In October 2020, we ran an online focus group to hear from Liverpool residents' with a loved one living in a care home during the pandemic. Through our surveys on the impact of Coronavirus/COVID-19 on local people's access to health and care services, we've received some feedback from people with friends and relatives living in care homes about how Coronavirus had changed how they were able to visit or stay in touch with their loved one living in a care home. We organised this focus group because we wanted to speak to people in more depth about their experiences with care homes during the pandemic.

This mini-report, available to download at the link below, is a summary of feedback that people shared with us during our online focus group.

We'd like to thank everyone who came along to the focus group for their time, their openness, and their feedback.
