Start date: Monday 15th November 2021
End date: Monday 13th December 2021

The public survey asks for your views on the current provision of pharmacy services in your local area. It is open to everyone who uses Liverpool’s community pharmacies and will help to ensure that the right services are being delivered in the right locations. This is your opportunity to have your say.

Matt Ashton, Liverpool’s Director of Public Health says, 'The local pharmacy is often the first port of call for our residents who have concerns about their health or their family’s health.

'We want to know about your opinions and experiences to help us shape the future of pharmacy services in Liverpool. I would encourage you to complete the survey and have your say.'
