Sub-group
- An informal meeting space for people with autism and/or ADHD to discuss their experiences of services within Liverpool.
 - Fidget toys and puzzles/colouring are usually available.
 - There is opportunity to write things down if you do not want to speak to others.
 - When you enter the room, questions that we will discuss during the meeting will be up on the walls, with post it notes for you to write any answers down.
 - Questions are usually emailed, posted on Facebook and our WhatsApp group in advance.
 - These meetings help us plan what to discuss with professionals at the Strategic Partnership.
 - Professionals attend these meetings by invitation only.
 - The sub-group meets bi-monthly.
 - Meetings alternate between in person and online
 
Neurodiversity Strategic Partnership
- A meeting for professionals and people with autism and/or ADHD to come together to discuss how to improve experiences in Liverpool for Neurodivergent people.
 - The first section of the meeting is usually 'networking' and this can be used to adjust to your surroundings, or chat to others.
 - The meeting usually starts with key updates and has 1/2 key topics of discussion.
 - There is opportunity to contribute ideas before, during or after the meeting by either attending the subgroup or chatting to Alice through WhatsApp/text/call or email.
 - A quiet space is usually available,
 - Professionals attending usually include; Healthwatch Liverpool, Liverpool City Council and other organisations relevant to the topics being discussed.
 
Unheard voices*
- This is people who find in-person/formal meetings inaccessible.
 - These neurodivergent people contribute to themes discussed in meetings via email, text, WhatsApp (including WhatsApp voice notes), call or a 1:1 zoom.
 - During every meeting, Alice advocates for unheard voices.
 
*Unheard voices was the terminology decided upon by the people who are part of the group.
Facebook Group
- This is a private Facebook Group.
 - Active participation is not necessary, silent observers are welcome.
 - There is no pressure to interact with posts, many people will email/text or call Alice in response instead.
